His training.
Before I even begin telling you how our first day of training went, let me just give a huge thank you to one of my best friends, Lani. She is an incredible person, a lover of horses, and a downright amazing trainer. Also, her boyfriend, Jake, who helped with filming and peanut-gallery instructions ;)

Just so everyone realizes...this ^ was a dream come true for me.
Ever since I was 3 years old, I dreamt of
#1 - having my own horse.
#2 - it being young.
#3 - training it myself.
God made all those dreams possible through my Knight.

Anyway, that's a little glimpse into Knight's and my life right now:)
He is SO amazing and I am SOOO proud of him!!! I can't wait to start trail riding him this summer!! Or actually, just in the next couple weeks! Woohoo!

What video?!?! I would LOVELOVELOVE to see you riding your handsome steed, but i don't see any video!! :/
Also, the pictures are great! You are soo pretty Raquel, and you and Knight look like you were born to be together. :) I also love horses like crazy! The Kentucky Derby... ohmyword, I just realized its tomorrow!!!!!!!!! Ahhhhh!!! Are you going to watch it?

OH dear... tomorrow is the Kentucky Derby... and I haven't gotten a chance to pick my favorite horse yet! I must do that tomorrow morning.

That horse is so stinkin amazing. You are so lucky. I've dreamed of it, but I'm not sure I'm cut out for it. I'll just keep to my get published, have a shelter dog as my loyal friend, a wonderful man to stand beside dreams :) Sierra
